Yes, that is Southern Connecticut Modern Quilt Guild’s own Naomi Bombardi-Wilson in Quilt Con 2023 Magazine. Naomi designed her Mexican Tile Study Worms Quilt in Electric Quilt 8.
The front uses Edyta Sitar’s Laundry Basket Quilts Textured Linen, and the backing is Art Gallery Boscage Wandering Leopards Ruby.
The quilt is 75.5” by 75.5”.
