Southern Connecticut Modern Quilt Guild (SCTMQG) is a modern guild and a chapter of the Modern Quilt Guild. We are a community of modern quilters creating a space where people can meet, share and create! We welcome quilters of any level of experience.

As a member of the Southern Connecticut MQG, you have all the privileges of a worldwide membership, including:

Early registration and discounts for QuiltCon, the MQG conference with a quilt show, classes, and lectures.
Ability to register for MQG Session an all-virtual long weekend event

Our dues are $60 per calendar year.
Renewing members, please register and pay by December 31
so that we have time to submit our membership information to the MQG
The membership term begins January 1 and runs through December 31
New members can join at any time throughout the year
Dues are half-price ($30) when joining after July 1

Pay your dues using Zelle. The QR Code below will link you to our Zelle account where you will complete the transaction.

To pay with a check, make your check out to SCTMQG. Send us an email at loralee227@gmail.com letting us know you would like to pay by check.
Please mail your check to: Loralee Richter, 31 Grandview Drive, Danbury, CT 06811. Loralee will confirm when she receives.

Fill out the Membership Form to complete your Membership

New Members: Upon receipt of your dues, we’ll initiate your MQG site access using the email address you provide and add you to our email list. You will then receive an email from MQG National inviting you to go to the MQG Website to create a log-in. The MQG site is full of great resources, all included in your membership. Please allow a week to receive this email.
Previous Individual Members or Previous members of another MQG Guild:
Once you pay your dues to us, we will contact the MQG and move your membership to our guild or please advise.
Your MQG username and password will stay the same.
